Got the Blues?? …No … Well let me introduce you….

Last weekend I had a conversation with a friend of mine about her discovery of the blues. I was introduced to the Blues by my good Friend Ted and a guitar playing guy from Japan named Masa in college. We would sit in Masa’s room, illegally drinking Budweiser, and soaking up the best Blues artists. We listened to everyone from Robert Johnson, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Muddy Waters, Howlin’ Wolf, Albert King, Janis Joplin, Jimi Hendrix, Taj Mahal, Willie Dixon, Chuck Berry and Eric Clapton. And ever since, I have been flat out in love…in love with the Blues. With the exception of bluegrass, no other music has the intense feeling the blues portrays. Where else can you feel so fucking good about hearing someones girl leaving them. It’s Musical Therapy.

March for me last year completely sucked Donkey Balls. So… This March, I am going to feature some of my favorite blues songs/artist.
